If you are trying Liquid Aura for the first time and it is not the right fit, reach out within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to provide a full refund.

Product Concerns

We stand behind the quality of our elixirs and tools. If you experience an issue with a Liquid Aura accessory or device, such as a malfunctioning frother, contact us within one year of purchase and we will help get it resolved.

Return Conditions

To keep things smooth for everyone, please note:

• Items returned without using our approved return process are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

• Returned items must arrive in good condition. If an item is worn, opened in a way that prevents resale, or damaged when it reaches our facility, we cannot honor a previously approved refund or replacement.

• Pack your items with care. We are not responsible for any non Liquid Aura products accidentally shipped back to us.
